HUTCHISON'S WHISKY MAC
Our objective was to create the finest Whisky Mac and so we started with the finest Ginger Wine (Hutchison’s – small batch using only root ginger) then we took an aged Highland Single Malt whisky and blended them together.
That is only part of the story. We refilled oak whisky casks with the Whisky Mac to allow the two contrasting flavours time to marry, and the result is a rich rounded Whisky Mac with oaky notes and a deep ginger and whisky flavour.
Presented at 17% abv in a cork mouth antique green bottle. We strongly suggest when poured you allow time to release the flavours of this unique drink.
